Preferred Drop off Time: (we cannot guarantee a time because we go to school during the day – please let us know if you want a text from us when we are on our way!!!)

Notes: (Here is where you tell us anything special you would like. If you do not give us any special requests, we will use lots of stars, hearts and more generic celebration signs.) You could also just tell us the colors you would like to use.
